The Station Theatre on Hayling Island, Hampshire, is a non-profit making theatre run by HIADS (Hayling Island Amateur Dramatic Society) and is a member of the Little Theatre Guild.
The theatre puts on a wide variety of productions (plays and music events, etc) performed by both professional and amateur groups. We also show blockbuster films on one Friday of every month.
Cleverly converted from a disused railway good shed, the theatre is well equipped with parking, disabled access, bar and refreshments, a 144 seat auditorium with a raked seating to provide clear views of the stage for all, hearing loop, air conditioning and the latest sound and lighting technology.
Why not join the team at HIADS and find a great way to learn new (or show off old) talents?
It's not only directors and actors that we need, but also all the great folk who sell tickets, look after visitors, can help build and paint sets, or make costumes and props, or setup lighting and sound or looking after the accounts, or building maintenance, or advertising, social media and websites.
Whatever your skill set or whatever you'd like to learn, you're sure to be welcome. So why not Join Us.
