Ticket Information

As of 2021, we have new ticket sales arrangements in place as follows:

Tickets can be purchased from ticketsource (via the Internet and phone) or from the Station Theatre Box Office in person or via the phone. Please see below for more details.

Booking tickets via TicketSource

There is no additional cost to booking tickets via TicketSource.

The lines are open 9am to 7pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm Saturdays. Closed on bank holidays.

You can book tickets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week over the internet:

Online Booking Instructions

With ticket source you can, but do not have to, register in order to see or book tickets.
We feel that the ticket source website is quite intuitive to use and have not needed to include any detailed instructions on this page. If you have questions or comments, please contact the theatre manager (email)

Booking Tickets from the Box Office

In Person

To reserve, pay for, or pick up tickets, the Theatre Box Office (which is located in the theatre foyer) is currently open for visitors on Saturday Mornings, 10am till noon.
The box office will also be open for business for 1 hour before shows and films.

 

Ordering Tickets Over the Phone

Tickets can also be purchased from the Box Office (023 9246 6363) when manned (see above).
When not manned please leave a message on the answer-phone. Please be aware that messages may not be actioned until the next time the box office is manned, which may be more than a week.
(Please also note that if the box-office phone is engaged during office hours, your call will divert automatically to our answering service.)

You can either pay for the tickets in person, or post your payment to us. Once payment is received we can either hold the tickets for collection or send them to you if you send a stamped self addressed envelope or pay an additional postage fee of 60p for the tickets on ordering.

Please note: Tickets booked over the telephone are only reserved for 7 days. If we do not receive payment in 7 days, or before 7:00pm on the day of the performance, then we reserve the right to offer those tickets for re-sale.
