If you have problems with your tickets (no matter how they were purchased) then we recommend contacting TicketSource directly before contacting the theatre box office. This is because TicketSource is manned 9am to 7pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm Saturdays (closed on bank holidays) where as the Box Office is only manned Saturday mornings (10 until noon) and an hour before shows.

Please note that If you have lost your tickets, you can pick them up from the box office just before the show.
