There is no additional cost to booking tickets via TicketSource.

The lines are open 9am to 7pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm Saturdays. Closed on bank holidays.

Booking Tickets from the Box Office

In Person

To reserve, pay for, or pick up tickets, the Theatre Box Office (which is located in the theatre foyer) is currently open for visitors on Saturday Mornings, 10am till noon.
The box office will also be open for business for 1 hour before shows and films.

 

Ordering Tickets Over the Phone

Tickets can also be purchased from the Box Office (023 9246 6363) when manned (see above).
When not manned please leave a message on the answer-phone. Please be aware that messages may not be actioned until the next time the box office is manned, which may be more than a week.
(Please also note that if the box-office phone is engaged during office hours, your call will divert automatically to our answering service.)

You can either pay for the tickets in person, or post your payment to us. Once payment is received we can either hold the tickets for collection or send them to you if you send a stamped self addressed envelope or pay an additional postage fee of 60p for the tickets on ordering.

Please note: If Tickets are reserved and we do not receive payment in 7 days, or half an hour before the performance, then we reserve the right to offer those tickets for re-sale.
