eTicket Problems

Please note that If you have lost your tickets, you can pick them up from the box office just before the show.

If you've mislaid or deleted your etickets you can download them again and manage any of your existing bookings using TicketSources Customer Portal.

If you require to move or cancel tickets, or have another ticketing problem, please contact the box office manager using this Box Office Email Address and they will get back to you a.s.a.p.

(They can be contacted via email, live chat or phone)

We do NOT recommend using social media accounts to contact us regarding urgent ticketing problems since we cannot guarantee a fast response.

You can also visit the Box Office in person at the theatre. However, the Box Office is only manned Saturday mornings (10 until noon) and an hour before shows.


Refunds

In the unfortunate event that we have to cancel a show then we will refund tickets to all our customers.

The procedure for refunds for tickets purchased through TicketSource is as follows:

  1. You’ll get an email from TicketSource saying that the show has been cancelled and that your refund is processing.
  2. You’ll get a second email as soon as your tickets have been refunded.
  3. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for TicketSource to transfer the money back onto your purchase card. If you haven’t received the money after that time, get in touch with us and we’ll sort it out for you.

If you came into the theatre to buy your tickets directly, then we will let you know by email that the show has been cancelled.

  1. If you paid by card, then we’ll process those refunds ourselves, with the money returning to your account within 14 days.
  2. If you paid by cash then we will contact you by email or phone to arrange repayment. If we don't have your correct email address or phone number and can't find your details, then please visit or contact the Box Office to arrange repayment.
